No ***** top on longlife milk bottles

We have several instances where we have bought long life milk in the 6 pack box, where either the entire lid comes off. Or either when you twist the cap to break the seal, the seal breaks in such a place that when you pour the milk it drips out fro under the plastic cover. The whole point is for the milk to stay fresh, how would that be possible if the seal is broken. We then end up emptying the milk into a jug. I see there is another consumer experiencing the same problem (nadinevs) .So clearly we are not the only household experiencing this problem. We call your customer care line on ***. Every consultant we speak to is apologetic and sends us vouchers for milk. however in 2 instances we have spoken to Donay. who has refused to give us vouchers and says that we have called in to many times. This is shocking! Maybe if your packaging was better and not dotted with a tiny dot of glue we would not be calling in so often. Really is this the sort of service you provide?!
