MOULDY CHEESE

Emailed my complaint on mouldy cheese on opening new package. I have sent pics and have so far only received a reply stating my complaint number. No one has taken this seriously and I've had to cut off a substantial amount of the mould off to use the rest. PLS REVERT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
