Moldy Butter Ghee
I recently purchased a 1.5kg tub of C***** Butter Ghee. At the store it was stored in the fridge. As I needed it to be semi-solid, I had left it on my counter for a few hours before use. Upon opening the tub, I found black spots in the Ghee - mold.
I did try on several occasions to lodge a complaint on the C***** website and unsure if my complaint has been received.
That is nearly R300 wasted as I am unable to use the Ghee now and it only expires in June 2021.

31 May 2021, 17:35A lovely gentleman named Mhlengi called me the next morning and advised of the investigation process to be followed.
The next day he called to confirm if a courier fetched my order.
Today I received a call advising that it was indeed mould in the butter ghee and that Management would be sending me a voucher for the ghee.
I did advise of the several attempts I made to load the complaint to their site, to which he rep**** I should email them next time.
Overall, wonderful customer service from Mhlengi. You saved the day and C*****s reputation.
