Milk sour before date of expiry

I have lost count the number of 2L full cream milk's I have had to return over the past few months because the product is sour before the sell by date. I usually just return it to the shop from which it was purchased but this doesn't solve the problem because it keeps happening. Judging by the number of complaints there are on the Hello Peter forum, I am not the only person that is having this problem. But the simple question is - why is C***** not addressing this problem? After all, its not like they don't know about it! You want details of the product as per your customer complaint form? You want me to jump through hoops to report the problem. Well lets share it with our fellow South Africans as well shall we - BAR CODE NUMBER *** / BB DATE 16/02/2015 (purchased on the 12/02/2015) Batch Number ZA5/2 12:09 CCST1L. NOW SORT THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCT OUT!!!!!! I may not be a logistics expert but common sense tells me that if you use a refrigeration truck and the drivers leave the doors of the truck open for extended periods during deliveries, the products inside the truck will spoil. And don't blame the heat wave. This has been happening for months now.
