**** off and poor customer service
On the 9th of February 2015 I bought a litre of fresh milk from a local store and the expiry date was for the 19th on the first use it was fine but on the 2nd use it was off, the milk was stored in a refrigerator and was cool. My child did consume some off the milk. This isn't the 1st time I had an incident like this, you may check your records. When I called the call centre the agent didn't give me a chance to talk, I understand they have procedures but her customer service was very poor. I would like feedback urgently you guys have my details.
