Immediately refunded price of contaminated milk
I bought 4 2l containers of 2% low fat milk. Unfortunately they had been contaminated and had to be disposed of. I e-mailed the details to c***** customer care and received an immediate response that the issue was being followed up and received a cell phone voucher for the cost of the milk. Great attitude and acknowledgement of the fault. Commitment to improve and a refund. Refreshing service.
