I got sick because of a C***** yoghurt.

I have always loved c***** yoghurt and I always included it on my grocery list am. I write this with a huge dismay, a heavy heart . My heart is heavy because I never thought my beloved c***** could do this to me.

Last year October I bought a 6 pack of the Classic strawberry yogurt and when I had one though it had a funny taste but it did not taste like a spoilt dairy product , later on I started feeling sick, I couldn't even go to work because my tummy was painful and runny at the same time. At first it didn't occur to me that it might have been it. Again on the 11th , I came back from work, took a nap and when I woke up I decided to have my yogurt. I have a habit of not opening the seal when having my yogurt but rather ***** a hole at the bottom and have it that way. It still tasted funny so I decided to check the expiry date (BB 23 Nov 2019) . After having it my tummy felt so painful and I was in and out the toilet the entire night.

Even when you look at it, it looks funny . I have then came to a conclusion that I got sick because of your yogurt, I went to hospital and spent money for meds . In November I afford c***** an opportunity to explain, and remedy the situation and even given them the sample from the yoghurt pack I ate so they could take it for testing. When I phoned them 3 weeks later for the laboratory results, I was sent from pillar to post, till today I have never received a copy of those results and I requested. I spoke to even the customer service manager, she also never assisted me.
