Hot cross mess
I am a pentioner try tour survive. And I make hot cross buns and other bakes. I bought 3 mooi river butters as to avoid up and downingredients as my orders pile up. I opened themy and notice they were split. But never thought much. I made my mixture to come find it flopped. Sour I called the consumer line spoke to somega rude lastill asking her what to do. She did not even note the quality issue, she told me she needed to pick up the butter. Because it's the stores problem. Now i mean she didn't even care that the product was defective. And didn't even listen because I had made the mixture. I was so angry I dropped the call. I am not a lair and felt like I was at the police station. I would like to speak to the big bosses and tell them they just lost a client.

Thanks for responding. I still have not yet fully, satisfied but it's could be the network. But I am not in it for the prize.. I am thinking about someone who worked himself to death, to ensure he make a legacy. And for a lack of ethnic it's been pulled from his grand kids. Or even great great. I didn't meeting him but I as a business owner myself, that if I loose a customer I am busy closing my door. They should be my first priority. So I would like some feedback regarding this matter. Because you are now my customer and I need to see you get urban money worth. Bad service reflects on the management.
