Failure to accept responsibility

On the 10th of January this year, whilst travelling a safe distance behind a c***** horse and tanker on the R56 between umzinto and park rynie, a tyre peeled off the rear axle of the tanker and slungshot towards my car. The tanker trailer in question was also not fitted with mud guards on that wheel as per my photographic evidence. The driver of the truck and i exchanged details at the umzinto police station. I sustained expensive damage to my car which after trying to get hold of c***** holdings, I had to fork out from my own insurance and excess payable by myself.
