Credit application - 2 months later and still not complete

<p>2Months ago we began a process with C***** to try and have 130L of milk delivered every week to our coffee shop. It took over a month for the accounts department to not respond, and when we followed up they informed us we should be going through our account manager (which we obviously didn't have, as we did not have an account with them!).</p> <p>So we continued the process, this time through their with the local sales rep and tedious channels, and finally gave up almost 2 months down the line.</p> <p>Fortunately we have found an alternate local supplier who's quality is comparable, and is able to process a credit app in a substantially shorter period than the 2 months it has taken C***** to not process one, and who we're still not sure can complete such a complex process as this.</p> <p><br />It is probably for the bettter, as if their accounts department is unable to deliver timeously, I imagine their logistics department can only be worse.</p>
