Competition *****s and bad customer service
Well you spend about R35 on a 1.5L juice to enter a competition, buy from different stores to enter just to not get a code thrice really now? Time effort all that then to call your contact centre to be met by an unpleasant agent named Avril who is more angry and frustrated than me the customer. Really? You guys should listen to that call. Even when I addressed her not once did she apologize.
