C***** TRUCK DRIVERS ARE A MENACE AND IRRESPONSIBLE DRIVERS

NO RESPONSIBILITY TAKEN BY C*****.....pass the buck because we are small people...C***** DRIVERS DO NOT RESPECT RULES OF THE ROAD...….MONDAY 22 OCTOBER 2018 at approx 13h30, Sunvalley area (Ou Kaapse weg & Bouller louw (where the road verges from 2 lanes into 1) where all the construction is in place. My partner was forced off the road, into the chevrons. The C***** driver saw my partner (in a white golf) and refused to give way (as per normal road rules) and smashed my partners left front bumper. Since we do not have insurance, C***** are insisting it is our fault and we need a witness to prove our story! This is truly outrageous as C***** is a large company and they dismiss the smaller people! We need a witness, yet they do not need to provide one, to prove we are in the wrong? How does this work? Surely a police case is enough!? Having asked on soacial media if anyone saw the accident, all I got back was many stories of simi**** incidents with C***** DRIVERS, they do not take responsibility and expect us to fight a battle in court! Where is the justice and the LOVE??? So tired of the lawlessness opn our roads!
