C***** truck driver Inhumane

I am deeply hurt by how inhumane a C***** driver is. I witnessed a c***** truck drive (CY178611) driving on de la Rey road at 16:30 on Saturday 19th May 2018 knock an elderly man off a bike and just drive off. The man was lights out. The driver just drove off like nothing happened. Even tho a man in front of him stopped his car and told him to get out and go back to help the man. This is really inhumane !!
