C***** taking things seriously .... NOT!!!

One star is too much for this response I got from c***** regarding off milk . After putting a review on here I got a repose from c***** asking for the details and information on the box of milk and guess what after a week I get another response stating this : they take complaints very seriously however a complaint cannot be logged after the expiry date !!!!! Regards .... is that all I logged this on the day I opened the milk which was way ahead of expiry date and the milk was off now I’m being told it’s past the expiry date !!!! What a disgrace !!!!! Clearly the person had no time to go follow up and TAKE THE MATTER SERIOUSLY ITS JUST A TEMPLATE EMAIL RESPONSE TO TRY AND SHUT A CUSTOMER UP!!!!! This is pathetic customer service they did not even have the decency to atleast bother to compensate a customer for they loss even though that’s not what I wanted I wanted some acknowledgement and a proper response but yet they claim to have longer self life when they can’t even stay fresh for the normal expiry date set!!!! What’s the use communicating with customer service when they clearly have to customer skills !!!
