C***** SPOILT FRESH CREAM

Good day, i purchased 2 c***** fresh creams from Spar Heathfield for Christmas to use in my dessert. Both were off and it was not past the expiry date. I called C***** and i mailed them. A lady then took my complaint with all details and said they will send me a voucher to compensate for this. I got this voucher for checkers and at the till it declined. It was a WiCode. This was so embarrassing. Apart from selling a product that was off , i was sent a voucher that declined. C***** has really disappointed me. This is a big brand yet this happened. Caused such embarrassment.
