C***** “sour”milk products

Spending extra money on the extended long life milk with an expiration date for close to the end of the month only to find sour yoghurt. Mailed the details through almost a week ago with still no response yet. Absolutely disgusting and will no longer be buying the product. Not having the decency to write a mail or to make a phone call to a customer.
