C***** slap in the face

IF there was a Zero star i would have rated c***** a big Zero. I bought 1litre 6pack of milk at pick n pay last month. I called c***** after realising that the milk was spoilt. They told me their quality department will investigate the matter and get back to me. Thats when after a week they sent me a R60 voucher which was a complete slap in the face. I posted here at hello Peter and they called me and the lady i spoke to apologized and said that she it was not supposed to be a R60 voucher and that must delete it and she even arranged for c***** to come to my place and get the spoilt milk the following day. After they took the milk they went mute on ME for a week. Today I called them and the person i spoke to told me that no they will fix the issue by saying no we'll send you R100 voucher. I asked them, do they understand that I have been calling them and all and it seems like all theyre good at is to give me a slap on my face? And he proceeded to asking his manager to speak to me and she told me that according to c***** i was not even supposed to be compensated back for my loss as their company don't compensated. So i should be grateful for the R100 voucher that they are offering. So in other words if you buy spoilt products at c***** it is your problem not that of c*****. She even said she will send me the email with regards to their policies. These people serve you spoilt items and tell you to deal with it. Im so angry
