C***** saves customer from slipping on yoghurt
I had purchased a 1kg low fat C***** Yoghurt from Pick and Pay on the 9th February 2019, this is something I do around 3 times a week, however to my disappointment I found the consistency of this tub to be very watery.
I contacted C***** immediately and they promptly rep**** this morning, after a few exchanges the matter was resolved. This is the first time in a while my complaint has been handled in such an efficient manner and in good faith.
