C***** SA SUCKS - Not in a good way!!!

Absolutely WORST SERVICE EVER. Whatever you do, do not buy from them. Two weeks I've been trying to get a refund for their "So Calked" Mozarella Cheese I ordered from a rep called Rosa! When the product arrived I immediately maxed an EFT then discovered they sent me "Immatation Pizza Topping" and not Mozzarella as I requested. I called the rep, she assured me it was top quality, IT WAS NOT! It has no flavour and is like rubber. I even tested it to reassure myself, even my dog didn't want to eat it, that's how terrible it was. I have all the reps messages and voice notes and will be taking legal action against them. Yesterday a "So Called" customer service agent called me. She was rude, had no idea what she was doing and I ended up putting the phone down on her several times. She is a "Previously Disadvantaged Person" mostly because her parents clearly never taught her any manners
