C***** product made my daughter sick, C***** doesn't take responsibility

On 09 January 2020 I lodged a complaint withC***** after my 5 years old daughter developed severe rash after consuming C***** Krush juice. I had bought the juice at Game store and when I returned it to game and requested that the medical expenses I incurred on my daughter had to be reimbursed, Game manager @ Westgate Mall told me to lodge a direct complaint with C***** since it involved health issues.I did exactly that and let C***** know of the situation. C***** allocated me a case number 264315 and the juice was taken for testing. In regard to medical expenses incurred I was asked to send proof , I send the doctor's invoice together with cost of prescribed medication.

When the laboratory results came in C***** never informed me until I had to call to find out as I was worried sick about my daughter's health. I was then told that it was mould that was found in the juice and my daughter consumed that. I was offered a C***** hamper to say sorry which I refused as I felt that was not befitting for the suffering I endured.

I was adamant to C***** that I needed to be reimbursed for the medical expenses incurred to treat my daughter, I was then told that since C***** can't send me the money direct I told them to pay it back to my medical aid which covered the costs. I was told then that the Risk and Management department will handle it.

I have been waiting ever since, no reimbur*****t done and my messages are currently being ignored when I reach out to C*****.
