C***** Milk Low fat 2lt

I purchased 2 x 2lt of Clove low fat milk from Checkers in January 2022 and noticed that both the bottles had a very funny odour.i have always purchased C***** low fat milk and know the taste.upon enquiring from friends & relatives they also had similar experiences.it was on social media of many people having the same problem.i contacted C***** cosumer helpline viai email and received no response at all.i called the helpline and spoke to a lady by the name of LOVEDELIA KGOTLABENG who just seem interested saying she had not received the email,this i find very strange as all emails to her were sent.she keeps saying there is no incident report.after many calls to her it seems she was not concerned about my complain at all.recently i called the C***** headoffice and spoke to a gentleman whose name slipped my mind,he was quiet apologetic and promised to get back to me.till this day there has been no communication from C*****.absolute disgusting service. my family and i have noe decided to purchase an alternate brand and i must say we are more than happy with the quality.
