C***** just doesn't care

I wonder why you feel the need to sabotage Checkers down town Upington so badly. You take away their merchandiser to the Mall in Upington. This from a store that has complaints for months about the shocking and lacking service. Then to top it all of you leave an inexperienced merchandiser that just tells the standard reply (I assume he has been told to say) to customers which is in correct. Again a lack op NoLac fresh milk on the shelves. Why is the Mall more important than the downtown shop. Is it because there is more "wealthy" customers and we "ordinary/average" customers are just not as important to you. Your service is really shocking and you really need to fix this problem. You are not delivering the service and products to your customers and vendors as you should. I don't know where the problem is, but clearly your rep is not at all interested in delivering service to down town Checkers Upington.
