C***** Fresh Cream Off & Smelly

I have purchased 10 x c***** fresh creams 250ml

I had opened the first cream that was off and had a sour taste and was full of lumps.

We then opened the second cream which was very thick and smelly.

My wife then decided to open all and we found all the creams were completely off.

We went back to the store and they refused to change the cream as they said we should contact c***** which was to no use as i have called several times but they keep transferring me to different departments and I have spent more than R70 airtime for this process.

I wish c***** would credit me for this loss that I now have incurred.
