C***** Dairy Products uncontactable

C***** Dairy Products has recently changed the design of their 1-litre milk packs to a "square pack". The new design is a disaster from the point of view of pouring from it. I have tried to contact C***** through their email address given on the pack - *** and with a post on their Facebook page, and through their share-call telephone number. The email address is returned "Address not found". My posts on their Facebook page are removed. When phoning the share-call number you are required to provide your ID number or you get dropped. HUH????? So, C***** is effectively uncontactable. How the heck does one reach them?
