C***** cheddar cheese always moldy and not consistent

We have been supporting C***** for many years but, I've decided to now switch to others products concerning cheese. C*****'s Cheddar cheese is not consistent, sometimes it tastes like cheese, other days like feet, and sometimes like rubber???? Also, no matter when the expiry on the cheese is, I always have mold appearing on the cheese, whether it be a little spot or a lot. And the white packaging, honestly, what were you thinking? You can't see if the cheese is fresh and mold free, that was the worst idea ever.
