C***** calls expired milk "Quality"

C*****, your customer service is disgraceful. I purchased a 6 pack of NuMel milk from a retailer in Durban, the product was expired. I had to throw out the entire 6 pack. I even have the cash sales slip to prove i purchased it. I logged a call on your website and a lady called me back 2 days later telling me the quality was not in question???? When i proceeded to tell her this was against the CPA, she was all defensive. As I could not talk at that point I asked her to call me back and nobody did. C***** - it is against the CPA to have expired stock on the shelf. Why it was there is between you and the Retailer in question. It is not the fault of the Consumer. If i get no response i will take this to the Ombudsman and the Consumer Council because it is ridiculous that you refuse to take responsibility for your lack of decent merchandising!
