I woul like to commend C***** on how they dealt with a valid customer request (complaint sounds too negative, if one is merely trying to bring an issue under management’s attention so it can be investigated and prevented in future) 753012. I felt if I did not mention the product defect that it may upset other customers, thank you C***** (a) for listening, (b) considering and (c) valueing your customers feedback.
