C***** - BAD CHEESE!!!!!
After seeing the TV advert about C***** having a "NEW" and improved cheese "taste", I bought 2 Blocks of C***** Cheese, the taste was absolutely disgusting. The cheese just breaks as you cut it, the taste is terrible and it's not a melting cheese (I wonder how this actually digests in the body?). This type of cheese is not edible. After contacting C***** Customer service with my dissatisfaction regarding the cheese, well basically I was told by the lady "You need to buy the other cheese!!!". What kind of service is this? I have the 2 Blocks that I am dissatisfied with, now they want me to buy another cheese? The customer service is as bad as the cheese!!!

30 Apr 2021, 13:38Still no follow-up from C*****!!! I strongly suggest that people think twice before purchasing the C***** Cheese or any product from C*****!!!! I still have the 2 BLOCKS of cheese - I wonder if they are waiting for it to go Green? I have since Stopped buying ANY C***** products. I refuse to waste my money on C***** if they have this type of attitude towards Customers. Seriously there is NO information on the Cheese - Does it melt? - Does it break / crumble when its cut??? - and The taste is not right!!! C***** tells the customers that they have done a test on the sample they have in the "LAB" clearly they are not taking into account for other conditions ect,... Its so frustrating purchasing a product that should not be SOLD and when telling C***** this.... they then say the Cheese is fine..... So then why is it that the 2 blocks I have is NOT FINE!!!!!!
