Chemical yoghurt

E-mailed C***** consumer about a chemical taste in a yoghurt. Since I don't have the batch number I cannot be helped, never mind all the other info provided? Get sent a R20 mobile voucher - told the rep on the phone I am not interested in this voucher but still get it anyway. I want to know what is the chemical taste in the yoghurt. No it cannot be collected. Really C***** - surely you need to get this to your lab asap to test what it is and where the breach is in your factory. I see similar complaints on hello.peter - are you waiting for someone to get really ill before you do something concrete about it? why can these inferior products not be collected from the stores where they are purchased and taken for testing - I suppose that's too much to ask! cheers C*****, you forget we have other brand choices and actually at cheaper prices too.
