Care line should read Dont care line

I logged a complaint with Lovedelia Kgotlabeng over a week ago about the milk going off before expiry date. Gave all the info she requested. I have sent her emails requesting feedback as yet no reply. C***** does not care about their customers as they ignore their complaints. Why have a customer care line of they do not bother about customer care. The staff are not helpful or not efficient in customer services.
