C***** is the worse I’ll never in my house purchase anything from them

On the 3rd of may 2024 a c***** truck bumped me am still today I cannot seems to get help. Spoke to the driver who told me that he is a temporary worker and he doesn’t think that c***** will ever pay for the damages. The asked me not to claim from my insurance and send them a letter showing I ddnt claim for them to proceed with everything and nothing was done. Telling me it’s all my fails I have a video footage and also wanna get recordings of the driver telling me that c***** is like that I will not get anything since they cannot afford to loose money for someone who is not permanently employed. Every document was send and nothing till date has been done.
