Brown small things inside the Bliss strawberry and cream double cream yoghurt

Dear Quality control team

Today I bought Bliss double cream strawberry and cream flavoured yoghurt at pnp on darwin, I opened decanted in a small cup to enjoy, to my surprise I'm biting bits and pieces of brown substances with a fat texture.

I am lost of words how disappointed I am with the quality of the product, whether it's cross contamination or foreign substance. Please thoroughly clean the machines line after each product package this is disappointing and unacceptable. You are putting your customers health at risk.

To be honest you've lost a customer in me, especially after ignoring my email to you addressing this matter with pictures attached.
