Bad batch of C***** cream

I bought a 500 ml cream popped it under in the mixer and it immediately curdled the expiry date was the 27th of December was immediately furious with the store I bought it at, I than went to a different store bought the same cream expiry date 20th of December popped it in the mixer again and it did the same thing What the hell C***** are you guys just sending out anything at this point what a waste of my money and time
