Appalling service

So I've been entering their competition almost daily, and I tried to enter a code which was only 5 digits long, and it failed. I called and spoke to Sifiso who said he'd 'escalate' my complaint, this was about 6 weeks ago! I sent the m photo of the wrapper via whatsapp, which to date still hasn't been read! This is appalling service! Perhaps I should change my brand of drinking yogurt? Hope this goes viral when I post it in Facebook! You guys are the absolute epitome of poor service
