Amazing customer service
I had a complaint in April2020 and received no response from C***** until yesterday when i sent a follow up mail. today i got a call from a Jeandre Botha and he was so nice and apologetic about the matter and made sure that the voucher i was supposed to have received in April got to me this time. when he also explained it was a checkers voucher i told him i prefer PNP and he changed it for me immediately without any hassles.
thank you Jeandre for the wonderful service, patience and understanding. It really makes a difference to an irate customer and because of you, i will keep on buying C***** products for my family.
