ACCIDENT CAUSED BY C***** DRIVER NOT YET RESOLVED
THIS IS NOW MY 4TH UPDATE, STILL WITH NO CALL OR ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF MY CLAIM. I AM STUCK WITHOUT MY VEHICHLE FOR OVER MONTH NOW!!! AND THIS COMPANY HAS NO DECENCY TO HAVE ANYTHING DONE. THE INSURER IS TRYING TO ASSIST HOWEVER NO INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM THE MANAGER ENOCH MASANGO. I WILL BE GOING ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT THIS DAMN INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF CARE FROM ANYONE AT C*****!!!! REFFER TO INCIDENT ID 250989,249217. I WANT THIS SETTLED WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS
