Would not recommend

The Clouded Vape store at Bassonia shopping Centre is truly nothing to brag about. My friend purchased a sonder vape device from them and it was not working properly, when bringing this to the attention of the staff she was told that maybe the flavor pod was faulty. She then purchased a new flavor pod and the same thing occurred , misfires , leaking, not charging. When she asked what can be done on the matter the response from the gentleman behind the counter was very upsetting. She was told that all the customers have been coming back to complain over this vape , all with the same issues. Nothing further was done , not a replacement , not a offer for a discount on her next purchase. Bare in mind these issues were occurring from the the first week she purchased it. Terrible customer service.
