Purchase on eBay

<p>I purchased an item on the 3rd of February 2017 from eBay via cloudbeyond. I still have not gotten my item and have messaged cloudbeyond around 5 times. I have only gotten one reply to my first message that said my item was on its way. Since then, they do not reply to me to advise where my package is nor reply to advise that they will refund me as requested because clearly I am not getting the item This is shocking and I will not make use of eBay again!!</p>
