VERY UPSET !!!!!

Four years ago, Cloud nine fitted all new skylights in my home. They offer a guarantee on their work. A few months later one of the windows glass starting cracking. I called them immediately but the owner Ian was busy working in Africa. Since then I have sent emails, called, spoken to his wife Bronwyn, who has promised me over the 4 years that they are coming coming coming to fix the glass. Excuses excuses excuses...... I even begged them to please come and give me a qoute to re-seal all the skylights which are now leaking badly in places.....promises promises promises. While they were on site doing my windows the black plastic covering blew off and my house was flooded......I never sued them for damages.......yet, this is the THANKS I get for being such a nice customer.
