Cloud Convert

I used Cloud Convert to convert from Quickbooks to Sage and the service I received was shocking. The conversion was done very quickly, which was very good, but when I had a look at the information brought over it did not make sense

I received an email saying if I want to query it I must reply to the email, which I did. No response. I went onto the website to ask for support - 4 times - no response

I was told that they do not deal with anyone telephonically, so what to do now?
