Worst ISP in the world!

This company called cloud connect who is named cloud disconnect in town is the worst possible company and people you can ever imagine. I paid R3000+ just for an install to hear 2 months later i am not getting my speed because i have a nano beam instead of another one. I ask you this, who's fault is that? not mine! Then cloud disconnect expects me to pay for an upgrade, this is disgusting. Their service is so poor and their internal affairs is even worse as they just blame one another internally no one takes responsibility for slip ups. Wow it seems they are running a kinder-garden over there.

Would not recommend cloud connect even to my worst enemy.
