Cloud DIS-ConnectED!!!

I’m TOTALLY dissatified, dissapointed, irretated and to say at least, raged by the TOTAL NON EXISTING service experienced from Cloud Connect ISP - in George!

After SEVERAL e-mails and telephone calls made to their office, technical personnel and EVEN their manager Mr. Jan - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done to resolve my constant sattelite interuption, SLOW TO SUB-ZERO data rate and non-divery and receiving of any e-mails. With every singe phone call made to Cloud-Connect I receive the same message: “We will call you back” And this over a 9 week period!! Think twice shouls you ever consider signing up with this ISP please!!
