Cloud Connect will always look into it and do nothing

I Have been struggling to get my latency issues sorted, a certain "person" has been promising to get it sorted for a week now, before that, the IT department have been promising the moon and the stars, i have had people here swinging dishes to other towers just to make it worse. Thank you Cloud Connect, thanks for nothing !!!
