Cloud Connect exploits unsuspecting customers

I subscribed to Cloud Connect a few months ago and paid R2000 for a dish to get reliable Internet. Considering that we are paying a premium, we expected to receive good service. However, to our astonishment, never believed anyone could be worse than Telkom, but Cloud Connect takes the cake.

This is by far the worst Internet coverage, the worst service I have ever experienced. I have sent them so many emails and called them everyday and every time it's just another excuse.

Anton is speechless, he says he doesn't know what to say anymore, he says he is so embarrassed. He can't believe that the day staff always leave him to sort out problems after hours.

They are exploiting their unsuspecting customers.

How can they charge a premium rate for a service they cannot deliver ???
