Are they legit?

I ordered two pair of shoes from cloud capetown on the 17th September. I paid an amount and when trying to contact them about my order there is no phone number and physical address. Hannah from the firm sent a tracking number as well as a tracking number of the post office. Promised me the shoes will arrive at the end of September.
