WATCH OUT!! - S C A M S T E R S

Bought a pair of sandals for R799. They claim that the shoes are orthopedic etc, but the shoes have a plastic sole. When I received the shoes, it was tied with a rubber band, no box, no courier bag.... and I had a suspicion, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. OMG - I wore the sandal for less than an hour - my feet ached so bad, had to buy a pair of shoes in the mall to wear because I had to remove that ******* sandals. When I complained, got the same message as everyone else - 25% off or 40% on next purchase!! I demanded my refund - was then told to return the shoes at my own cost and after they received the shoes, I can contact them for further steps!!! Like... why is this company being allowed to trade in SA. It appears they ****med a no of South Africans.... They need to be stopped....
