Unrealistic promises

Unfortunately I placed my order early in May 2022, prior to any reviews on these products and Company and against my better judgement, fell for the trap. I'm taking the time to pen my frustration and anger in the hopes of saving others from making the same mistake.

Misleading advertising, Overpriced goods, inferior quality, incorrect sizing (small make- not standard UK sizing) are just a few of my qualms. With a name "Cloud- Capetown", the assumption was that this was a CT based company, and was rudely surprised when lodging my refund enquiry and finding out that one has to return your goods to China at your own cost.

I didn't really want to give this company so much of my time and energy, but do hope that enough reviews are posted to flag a warning for others and save them from similar misfortune.

The sad part is that we invest in these so-called orthopedic shoes with health in mind...for comfort to be able to withstand long hours on our feet, to make a living...yet people saw an opportunity to prey on us.
