****!!! Extremely poor quality, no refunds possible

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! They advertise shoes as orthopedic shoes but the quality is appalling! The soles of the shoes that I got is so hard that I can't even attempt to wear them. It's the cheapest, worst quality shoes that I've seen in my life that I don't even want for free, leave alone pay R700 for it! It is also not possible to get a refund - they offer you a "partial refund" in the form of discount, which means you would have to buy more junk, just at a slightly lower price. To get a full refund you have to send the shoes back to the warehouse in CHINA, obviously at your own cost, which would cost more than R4000.
