Cloud-capetown are NOT in Cape Town. Fully agree with complaints in other reviews. All true. Most unhelpful, and the product quality is extremely poor. Definitely not as advertised. Plus they refuse to offer an exchange for shoes that are not the correct size. Simply send you a return address in China. Please do not be confused by this appalling company.
