Orthopedic shoes possible **** - shocking service

Placed order for supposed orthopaedic shoes advertised on Facebook July 2022. Advert gives impression shoes are coming from Cape Town. Business has no physical address and no phone no. Been emailing Hannah and sometimes get a response but most times NO response to emails or requests for assistance on FB messenger. I have repeatedly requested that my order be cancelled due to non receipt of the order and am told I can’t cancel. Please do NOT order from this company as their service is beyond shocking and believe this to be a possible ****.
